Exchange (Products with Size Label Only):
We understand that buying any gear with size label online without trying it on is not easy. Soyou can exchange such products for a different size, Providedthe Item(s) is/are unused with all the tags intact and Item is sent back within 7 days of purchase at buyer’s own expense. Please refer to the sizing guide on our website, following which you would rarely have any sizing issues.

Please note that buyer will have to pay for actual courier charges again.The exact amount and payment mode will be as advised by our accounts manager, which will be communicated to you.

Exchange (Shipping Error):
Inspite of processing thousands of transactions every year flawlessly, very rarely, there could be a shipping error at our end like a wrong item/size/colour dispatched to you. In that case please repack the same send it to the same address it was send from (Speedpost Recommended). Of course there will be no reshipping charge and also we will also send you a discount coupon for the same amount we would have charged you for shipping originally.
